SHIPPING AND RETURNS:

Cosmo Pop is devoted to customer satisfaction from order placement to delivery. We are committed to processing and packaging your order so it is delivered in a safe and timely manner. It has been a tough journey for everyone in the past two years and we are finally almost back to normal shipping times. We thank you for your business and for being a reliable Cosmo Pop customer!

 

Domestic Shipping:

Domestic orders ship within 7 days of receipt. Expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days.

 

International Shipping:

As a result of Covid-19, Cosmo Pop can not guarantee 7-21 business days for international shipping. Although unlikely, depending on the recipient country, we have seen transit times of up to 120 days. Please acknowledge these delays when making your purchase and we appreciate your patience and understanding. No refunds will be granted due to delayed transit times. 

International orders ship within 7 days of  receipt. After the order leaves our warehouse, we can no longer claim responsibility for the arrival date, as it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service.

 

RETURNS: 

 

Return Eligibility:

We hope your Cosmo Pop is your new favorite lip product, however if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact our team and we’ll help to resolve any problems with your order. Otherwise, to be eligible for a return, all items must be in new, unused condition. In order to qualify, all packaging must be unopened, with all seals intact. For everyone’s safety, all items are sealed with “WARRANTY VOID IF REMOVED”. 

 

Return Your Item Within 14 Days:

To begin a return, contact our team via email at info@cosmo-pop.com or send an Instagram DM. You will then receive a Return Authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

 

Return Shipment and Processing:

 When shipping your return, re-package the items using the same or similar padding in which the items were originally shipped. To avoid damage during transit, use a strong box sealed securely with tape. Please include any physical receipts that came with the item so we can easily identify your shipment and assist you with the return.

Be sure to obtain a shipping receipt and tracking information to confirm the delivery of the item. Without this, you will be unable to track the status and arrival of your shipment. Please note, Cosmo Pop is NOT liable for lost shipments.

After delivery, please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed. Postage and shipping fees are NOT included in the final refunded amount.
