If some of the items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available items only and notify you of any products that cannot be fulfilled. We will also let you know of other items that are similar to the products you choose.

We understand how important security is to you. When you place an order on Cosmo Pop, we encode your information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encipher technology (you'll see the shopping cart switch from http to https). This is an advanced consumer online security technique. You can be assured that your order will be placed safely and securely. Please email us or DM on Instagram, Facebook (Meta) with any questions.

For orders to the US, standard shipping is USPS or UPS Ground your order will arrive approximately 4-5 business days from date of purchase. You may pay extra for expedited shipping.  For orders to the UK, our standard shipping is Hermes. Cosmo Pop does not ship to freight forwarding companies or export agents. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee. These options are listed at check out. 

For orders to the US & UK, your order will arrive approximately 4-5 business days from date of purchase. All orders, placed after noon EST will be processed the following business day despite the shipping method. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship.  

For US orders, Cosmo Pop accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. For UK orders we only accept Visa and Mastercard. Please note we do not accept gift cards, banking gift cards, international credit cards, checks or money orders.

Please send an email to  info@cosmo-pop.com with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email and we will get back to you ASAP. But, we will provide a tracking number that will help locate your package.
